In industrial production, manufacturers often need to encode production information such as production time and location, solder temperature, component batch number, and test data to form a QR code and print it on the material;

 

In the electronics industry, QR codes on PCB circuit boards are often very small. However, due to quality inspection, traceability and other requirements during the production process, these codes need to be read quickly and accurately within a larger field of view.

Selection analysis:

 

1. There are 10 barcodes in a row on the pallet, a total of 21 rows, and they must be read all at once.

2. Reading a total of 210 barcodes on the tray requires high stability of the code reader.

3. The barcode size is only 2.5X2.5mm, which requires a high-pixel code reader.

4. The barcode is relatively small and needs to be installed closer when reading, so the field of view will be relatively small.
